Birmingham Leadership Foundation Launches

The Birmingham Leadership Foundation (BLF) will be officially launched at the city’s Council House on Monday 9th May 2011. The Foundation was established as an independent company in June 2010, and aims to move forward the process of leadership development in the city. The event will welcome leaders from a wide variety of sectors across the city and provide an opportunity for participants on BLF supported programmes to interact with existing leaders.

Free Social Media Workshops

Social Breakfast is holding 4 social media workshops free of charge for those aged 16-25 years. The workshop, “young, ambitious and brummie?”, will look at young people’s views of Birmingham, what they would like to change and how to make change using social media.
